C H A R A C T E R

Backstory

Born in the City of Light and Magic, Orillion Andoril grew up in the halls of the reigning House of Indoril. From birth he learned of the mysteries and the glory of the Tribunal Temple. His father, like all his ancestors before him, served in the Temple as Ordinators of War, the armored fist of the Tribunal. It was of no surprise then that Orillion too followed in their footsteps. From the moment he could read and hold a mace, Orillion was plucked from the comforts of his home and placed in the care of the Temple. There, he grew and learned from the finest of Ordinator warriors. He learned to fight, worship, and if need be, to kill.This was the way of things when the Ordination tasked him to follow a high ranking priest into Stonefalls during the Second Akaviri Invasion. It was a brutal affair that later forged the Ebonheart Pact, and it was on those fields that Orillion gained his first taste of war, seeing for himself how bitter it truly was. The following years eventually led to Orillion's desertion from the Ordination. Having experienced a crisis of faith, the young warrior left the lists of the Temple and struck off on his own. Knowing full well that his Indoril family would not suffer the disgrace of his departure, Orillion was essentially cast out. Now a houseless mer, Orillion has taken up the sellsword profession and chosen to provide his skills to any Great House that can afford him.

Appearance

Orillion is a mer born of strong stock. With broad shoulders, strong legs, and a physique able to carry out the ardorous tasks of his profession, Orillion is built like a soldier. Not without the hallmarks of his people, Orillion’s dark-ashen skin is in stark contrast to his brilliant silver-white hair. With fiery ruby tinted eyes, Orillion’s expression is most often dour and serious, though he is not one to refrain from a heartfelt laugh when the time calls. Preferring to keep himself neat and professional, Orillion keeps his cheeks clean shaven and his hair pulled back into a tight ponytail to keep away from his face.Primarily dressed in leathers, Orillion often wears the armor of the House of which he is employed. Preferring the colors of red and black, Orillion will dye the armor provided to him to match his preferred aesthetic. In leisure he wears clothing suitable for the climate of Morrowind, favoring dark tunics and tall leather boots.

Personality

Serious, dour, and focused, Orillion has little time or patience for fools and blowhards. Having spent most of his life in the company of soldiers, Orillion can appreciate a person who can give orders as well as take them. When alone however, he can be a caring and gracious person whose loyalty knows no bounds.

Abilities and Equipment

Weapons: Two ebony crafted war-swords forged in Mournhold and a yew-wood bow with a quiver filled barbed arrowheads.Spells: Minor Skills in Restoration MagicsArmor: Fitted leather armor reinforced by bonemold plating. A cloth hood protects him from ashfall and he carries with him a variety of small leather bags which carry essential gear for traveling the wastelands.
